EXHIBIT "A" <br /> <br />14609 MADISON AVENUE PARCEL #1 (314-18-04) <br /> LAKEWOOD, OHIO 44107 <br /> <br />Situated in the City of Lakewood, County of Cuyahoga and <br />State of Ohio and known as being part of original <br />Rockport Township Section No. 19, and bounded and <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning on 'the Southerly line of MadiSon Avenue (80 <br />feet wide) at.the Northwesterly corner of land conveyed <br />to the McGannon Medical Building .Company by deed dated <br />August 22, 1949 and recorded in Volume 6835, Page 709 of <br />Cuyahoga County Records; thence Westerly along said <br />Southerly line of Madison Avenue, 60 feet to the <br />Northeasterly corner of land conveyed to Albert E. Gore <br />and Hyle Gore by deed dated April 15, 1915, and recorded <br />in Volume 1672, page 141 of Cuyahoga County Records; <br />thence Southerly along the Easterly line of land so <br />conveyed to Albert E. and Hyle Gore, 150 feet to a <br />Northerly line of land conveyed .to Paul H. Tonsing and <br />Emily M. Tonsing by deed dated March 10, 1932 and <br />recorded in volume 4227, Page 149 of Cuyahoga County <br />Records; thence Easterly along the Northerly line of <br />land so conveyed to Paul H. and Emily M. Tonsing, 10 <br />feet to the Northeasterly corner thereof; <br />thence Southerly along the Easterly line of land so <br />conveyed to Paul H. and Emily M.
