PURCHASE AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> This agreement <br /> <br />of 1991, <br /> <br />(hereinafter referred <br /> <br /> is made this__ day <br />by and between Julia Hayba, <br />to as "Seller") and the City of <br /> <br />Lakewood, a Municipal Corporation, 12650 Detroit Avenue, <br />Lakewood, Ohio (hereinafter referred to as "Buyer"). <br /> <br /> W I TN E S SETH: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Seller desires to <br /> <br />desires to buy certain real property <br /> <br />Madison Avenue and 2021 Warren Road, Lakewood, Ohio, all <br />such property referred to herein as the "Property" which <br />is more particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached <br />hereto and incorporated by reference herein, together <br />with all Seller's right, title and interest in and to <br />the property described which Seller may have in said <br />property. The BUyer, City of Lakewood, is desirous of <br />obtaining said property for a particular public purpose. <br />The City of Lakewood has notified the Seller of its <br />intention to take said property in accordance with <br />aPplicable law if Seller refuses to negotiate a Purchase <br />Agreement for the property. Therefore, under the threat <br />of eminent domain proceedings by the City, Seller agrees <br />to sell the subject property to the Buyer upon the terms <br />and conditions contained herein.
