In the <br /> <br />event that closing is delayed beyond October 1, <br />1991, Buyer will guarantee and pay, in addition to the <br />foregoing, the rent on the two.residences totalling <br />Nine Hundred (900) Dollars per month and all utilities <br />for any period of time from October 1, 1991 until <br />closing. Buyer shall also pay Seven Thousand (7000) <br />Dollars in lieu~- of payment of .~ business <br />relocation costs and/or expenses of Seller for the <br />relocation of any and all businesses located On the <br />premises. This payment shall constitute a lump sum <br />negotiated settlement of any and all of Seller's <br /> <br />relocation costs, without necessity of specific <br />documentation. <br /> 12. ENTIRE AGREEMENT. This Agreement <br /> <br />constitutes the entire agreement between the ~parties. <br />The representations, warranties and agreements in this <br />Agreement Shall survive the transfer of title.
