AUTHORITY TO SIGN <br /> <br />1. That the Mayor of said MUNICIPALITY is hereby empowered and directed <br /> on behalf of the MUNICIPALITY to enter, into agreements with the COUNTY <br /> necessary to complete the planning and construction of this <br /> improvement. <br /> <br />2.
