to satisfy liens or claims on account of such work or <br />services. The obligations of Seller under this Paragraph 5 <br />shall survive the Closing. <br /> <br /> 6. Condition of the Subject Property. <br /> <br /> Purchaser has inspected the Premises and agrees to accept <br />the same "as is' on the date hereof, without reliance upon any <br />representations, warranties or guarantees, either express or <br />implied, of Seller, its employees or agents, as to the <br />condition or state of repair 'of the Premises. <br /> <br /> 7. Risk of Loss. <br /> <br /> The risk of any damage to or destruction of the Premises <br />occurring 'prior to Closing is assumed by Purchaser. <br /> <br />8. Work. .- <br /> <br /> (a) Promptly upon Closing, at its sole cost and <br /> expense, Purchaser shall cause Seller's wrought iron and chain <br /> llnk fences currently located along the boundary of Premises <br /> and the Right-of-Way to be relocated to the common boundary <br /> between the balance of the Subject Property and the Premises <br /> and the Right-of-Way. Such work shall be performed promptly <br /> and in a good and workmanlike manner. <br /> <br /> (b) After Closing, Purchaser shall maintain the <br />Premises as a public park and assume all liability and <br />maintenance with respect thereto.
