Mayor to sign this Agreement on behalf of the City of <br />Lakewood. If such approval is not granted by the. adoption of <br />such legislatiOn, or such legislation is set aside by <br />referendum or court action, this agreement shall be void <br />~ and both parties be returned to their original <br />position. Purchaser shall have 90 days from its receipt of <br />this Agreement to obtain such approval~ <br /> <br /> 12. Go~ernina Law. <br /> <br /> The validity, interpretation and performance of this <br />Agreement shall be governed according to the laws of the State <br />of Ohio applicable to agreements made and to be performed <br />wholly within said state. <br /> <br /> 13.
