PLACED ON FIRs~ READING on 12/2/91.~ ORDINANCE NO. 9-9-91 BY: Gallagher, Gazzana, George, Graham, Roth, Smith AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE to make temporary appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures of the City of Lakewood, State of Ohio, for three months, January 1, 1992 to March 31, 1992 as provided for by Section 5705.38 of the Revised Code. WHEREAS, 'an emergency exists for the immediate preservation of the public property, health and safety and to provide for the usual daily operation of municipal departments; now, therefore: BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: Section 1.
