PURCHASE AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> This agreement is made this day <br /> <br />of 1992,. by (proper legal entity to be <br /> <br />inserted). -(hereinafter referred to as "Seller") and the <br />City of Lakewood, a MuniciPal Corporation, 12650 Detroit <br />Av~nue~ Lakewood, Ohio (hereinafter referred to as <br />"Buyer"). <br /> <br /> W I~T N~E S S E T H: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Seller desires to Sell and Buyer <br />desires to buy certain real property located at <br />17820 Detroit Avenue, Lakewood, Ohio, all such property <br />referred to herein as the "Property" which is more <br />particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto <br />and incorporated by reference herein, together with all <br />Seller's right, title and interest in and to the <br />property described which Seller may have in said <br />property.
