PARCEL B: situated in the City of Lakewood, <br /> County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio and known as <br /> being part of original Rockport Township Lot No. <br /> 60, Section No. 21 and further bounded and de- <br /> scribed as follows: beginning at the Northerly <br /> monument in the Clifton Prado, (23 feet in width), <br /> as shown by the dedication plat recorded in Volume <br /> 239, Page 52 of Cuyahoga County Map Records; <br /> thence due West a distance of 11.50 feet to a <br /> point, said point being on the Westerly right-of- <br /> way of Clifton Prado a distance of ll.00'feet to a <br /> point, said point being the Northeast corner of <br /> Permanent Parcel No. 312-29-099 as shown by the <br /> aforesaid plat, and also being the principal place <br /> of beginning; thence due West along the North line <br /> of Permanent Parcel No. 312.-29-099 a distance of <br /> 16.37 feet to a point; thence North 57 degrees, ~ <br /> 42" 11" East a distance of 14.60 feet to a point; <br /> thence South 27 degrees 18' 34" East a distance of <br /> 8.78 feet to the principal place of beginning, be <br /> the same more or less, but subject to all legal <br /> highways. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That the Clerk of Council be and she is hereby <br />authorized and directed to notify the Auditor of Cuyahoga County of <br />the vacation of the hereinbefore described property by forwarding to <br />him a certified copy of the within ordinance together with a duly <br />certified vacation plat. <br /> <br /> Section 3. It is found and determined that all formal <br />actions of this Council concerning and relating to the passage of <br />this ordinance were adopted in an open meeting of this Council, and <br />that all such deliberations of this Council and of any of its commit- <br />tees that resulted in such formal action were in meetings open to the <br />public in compliance with all legal requirements. <br /> <br /> Section 4. That this ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure for the reasons stated in the preamble hereof and <br />provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all mem- <br />bers elected to Council, it shall take effect and be in force immedi- <br />ately upon its adoption,and approval by the Mayor; otherwise, it <br />shall take effect and be in force after llowed <br /> <br />by law. ~ <br /> <br />CLERK <br /> <br />Approved <br /> <br /> <br />
