]PLACED ON FIRST READING on 1/21/92. <br />PLACED ON SECOND READING on 2/3/92. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br /> <br />10-92 <br /> <br />BY: Boscia, Gallagher, George, <br /> Gibbons, Roth, Seelie, Smith <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE to amend Section 1103.02 of the Zoning 'Code of the <br />Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood by changing and revising <br />the zoning map with respect to certain property as hereinafter set <br />forth and described: (1360 Belle Avenue). <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> SeDtion 1. That Section 1103.02 of the Zoning Code of the Codi- <br />fied Ordinances of the City of Lakewood be and the s~me is hereby <br />amended by changing and revising the zoning map to the extent that the <br />property described as follows (Parcel 2 - previously identified as <br />PP%'s 312-17-108 through 113 consecutively, 312-17-129 through 134, <br />consecutively, and portions of 312-17-114 and 312-17-128): <br /> <br />Situated in the City of Lakewood, CoUnty of Cuyahoga and <br />State of Ohio and known as being Sublots No. 374, 375, 376, <br />377, 378 and 379 and part of Sublot No. 373 in the Lakewood <br />Realty Company Subdivision ~No. i as :recorded in Volume 25, <br />Page 26 of Cuyahoga County Map Records and Sublots No. 250, <br />251, 252, 253, -254, 255 and part of Sublot No. 256 in the <br />Lakewood Realty Company's Lakewood Park Subdivision as re- <br />corded in Volume" 27, Page 26 of Cuyahoga County Map Records <br />together forming a parcel of land which is bounded'and de- <br />scribed as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at a drill hole set in the westerly line 'of Belle <br />Avenue, 60 feet wide, at the southeasterly corner of said <br />Sublot No. 379, said point is also ~%e intersection of the <br />northerly line of Center Way North, 40 feet Wide, as recorded <br />in Volume 215, Page 12 of Cuyahoga Co~ty Map Records; <br /> <br />thence N 89° 32'20"W, 260.01 feet along the northerly line of <br />Center Way North to a drill h°le set at it's intersection <br />with the easterly line of St. Charles Avenue, 60 feet wide; <br /> <br />thence.N 0© 28'00"E, 262.18 feet along the easterly line of <br />St. Charles Avenue to an iron pin set; <br /> <br />thence S 89° 42'00"E, 260.04 feet to an iron pin set in the <br />westerly line of Belle Avenue; <br /> <br />thence S 0° 28'24"W, 262.92 feet along the westerly line of <br />Belle Avenue to the place of beginning and containing 1.5673 <br />acres of land according to a survey made in June, 1991 under <br />the supervision of William J. Haas Professional Surveyor, <br />Ohio Registration No. 4793. <br /> <br />shall be and the same is hereby reclassified and changed from use <br />classification R2 (Dwelling House District) to use classification BR <br />(Business-Residential District). <br /> <br /> Section 2. The Director of Planning and Development is hereby <br />authorized and directed to make the reclassification change on the <br />zoning map of the City of Lakewood, Ohio, so as to reflect the amend- <br />ment designated in Section 1 of this ordinance. <br /> <br /> <br />
