ORDINANCE NO. 10-92 BY: Boscia, Gallagher, George, Gibbons, Roth, Seelie, Smith AN ORDINANCE to amend Section 1103.02 of the Zoning 'Code of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood by changing and revising the zoning map with respect to certain property as hereinafter set forth and described: (1360 Belle Avenue). BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: SeDtion 1. That Section 1103.02 of the Zoning Code of the Codi- fied Ordinances of the City of Lakewood be and the s~me is hereby amended by changing and revising the zoning map to the extent that the property described as follows (Parcel 2 - previously identified as PP%'s 312-17-108 through 113 consecutively, 312-17-129 through 134, consecutively, and portions of 312-17-114 and 312-17-128): Situated in the City of Lakewood, CoUnty of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio and known as being Sublots No. 374, 375, 376, 377, 378 and 379 and part of Sublot No. 373 in the Lakewood Realty Company Subdivision ~No. i as :recorded in Volume 25, Page 26 of Cuyahoga County Map Records and Sublots No. 250, 251, 252, 253, -254, 255 and part of Sublot No. 256 in the Lakewood Realty Company's Lakewood Park Subdivision as re- corded in Volume" 27, Page 26 of Cuyahoga County Map Records together forming a parcel of land which is bounded'and de- scribed as follows: Beginning at a drill hole set in the westerly line 'of Belle Avenue, 60 feet wide, at the southeasterly corner of said Sublot No. 379, said point is also ~%e intersection of the northerly line of Center Way North, 40 feet Wide, as recorded in Volume 215, Page 12 of Cuyahoga Co~ty Map Records; thence N 89° 32'20"W, 260.01 feet along the northerly line of Center Way North to a drill h°le set at it's intersection with the easterly line of St. Charles Avenue, 60 feet wide; thence.N 0© 28'00"E, 262.18 feet along the easterly line of St. Charles Avenue to an iron pin set; thence S 89° 42'00"E, 260.04 feet to an iron pin set in the westerly line of Belle Avenue; thence S 0° 28'24"W, 262.92 feet along the westerly line of Belle Avenue to the place of beginning and containing 1.5673 acres of land according to a survey made in June, 1991 under the supervision of William J. Haas Professional Surveyor, Ohio Registration No. 4793. shall be and the same is hereby reclassified and changed from use classification R2 (Dwelling House District) to use classification BR (Business-Residential District). Section 2. The Director of Planning and Development is hereby authorized and directed to make the reclassification change on the zoning map of the City of Lakewood, Ohio, so as to reflect the amend- ment designated in Section 1 of this ordinance.
