313.10 PROHIBITED TURNS ON RED SIGNALS. <br /> <br /> (a) pursuant to the provisions of Section 313.03(c)(5), it <br />is hereby determined that the following intersections are used by <br />a substantial number of school children and are a hazard to such <br />school children and, therefore, a right .turn against a steady red <br />signal is hereby prohibited between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and <br />4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday at the following intersections, <br />upon the posting and installation of the proper signs giving <br />notice thereof: <br /> <br />(9) Lake Avenue. <br /> <br /> D. Nicholson Avenue <br /> <br />north bound only <br /> <br /> (b) Pursuant to the provisions of Section 313.03(c)(5), a <br />right turn against a steady red signal is hereby prohibited at all <br />times at the following intersections upon the posting and <br />installation of the proper signs giving notice thereof: <br /> <br />(1) Lake Avenue· <br /> <br /> C. ~icholson Avenue <br /> <br />east bound only <br /> <br /> Section 2. It is found and determined that all formal <br />actions of this Council concerning and relating to the passage of <br />this ordinance were adopted in an open meeting of this Council, <br />and that all such deliberations of this Council and of any of its <br />committees that resulted in such formal action were in meetings <br />open to the public in compliance with all legal requirements. <br /> <br /> Section 3.
