recognized bargaining unit shall be entitled to any and all benefits <br />afforded the members of such bargaining unit. Such provision shall <br />apply to the Executive Assistant Chief and the Chief of Fire, save for <br />overtime benefits to which the Chief of Fire shall not be entitled. <br /> <br /> Section 5. It is found and'determined that all formal actions <br />of this Council concerning and relating to the passage of this <br />Ordinance were adopted in an open meeting of this Council and that all <br />such deliberations of this Council and any of its committees that <br />resulted in such formal action were in meetings held in compliance <br />with all legal requirements. <br /> <br /> Section 6.
