774.11 REGISTRY FEE. <br /> <br />A fee of Zer~ ( $ 0 ) Dollars for the initial <br />registration, ~nd $ 0 Dollars for each. <br />annual renewal shall be tendered.to the City of <br />Lakewood at the time of filing the initial appli- <br />cation and each annual renewal thereafter, to <br />defray the cost of maintaining the Registry and <br />cost of inspection by the various City depart- <br />ments. No additional inspection, fee shall be <br />charged for the City inspection required solely <br />for compliance with this Chapter. <br /> <br /> Section 2. It is found and determined that all formal <br />actions of this Council concerning and relating to the passage'of <br />this ordinance were adopted in an open meeting of this CounciT,,.'..and <br />that all such deliberations of this Council and of any of its co,mit- <br />tees that resulted in such formal action were in meetings open to'the <br />public in compliance with all legal requirements. <br /> <br /> Section 3. That this ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure for the reasons stated in the preamble hereof and <br />provided it 'receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all mem- <br />bers elected to Council, it shall take effect and be in force immedi- <br />ately upon its adoption and approval by the Mayor; otherwise, it <br />shall take effect and be in force after the earliest .period allowed <br />by law. <br /> <br />Adopted: <br /> <br />CLERK <br /> <br />.
