He is worred about constant water main problems and <br />who would pay for their repair. The Chairman responded that water <br />mains would be inspected, and should repairs be necessary, they would <br />be done at no additional cost to residents. <br /> <br />Chairman Harbarger moved that the assessment of $4.75 per front foot <br />be adogted for McKinley and St. Charles Avenues, and the assessment of <br />S7.50 per front foot be adopted for all other~ streets.
