ORDINANCE NO. 1-93 <br /> <br />BY: Boscia, Gallagher, George, <br />Gibbons, Roth, Seelie, Smith <br /> <br />AN EMERGENCY <br />appropriations <br />16, 1992. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE authorizing the transfer of certain <br />as appropriated by Ordinance No. 14-92 a~ppted March <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an emergency exists to provide for the immediate preservation <br />of the public property, health and safety and to provide for the usual <br />daily operation of municipal departments; now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br />Section 1. That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby <br />authorized to make the following transfers of appropriations as <br />appropriated by Ordinance No. 14-92 adopted March 16, 1992: <br /> <br />Section 2. That there be transferred from the General Fund: <br /> <br />General Fund <br /> <br />$ 3,649,046 <br /> <br />Section 3. That there be'transferred from the Special Revenue Funds: <br /> <br />Street Construction M & R Fund <br />Community Development Block Grant <br /> <br />$ 165,000 <br /> 17,500 <br /> <br />Section 4. That there be transferred from the Enterprise Funds: <br /> <br />Sewer Improvement Fund <br />Water Fund <br />Wastewater Operating Fund <br />Parking Facilities Fund <br /> <br /> 15,000 <br /> 90,000 <br />165,000 <br /> 14,000 <br /> <br />Section 5. That there be transferred to Trust Funds: <br /> <br />Cable Franchise Fund <br /> <br />$ 62,500 <br /> <br />Section 8. It is found and determined that all formal actions of this <br />Council concerning and relating to the passage of this ordinance were <br />adopted in an'open meeting of the Council, and -that all such <br />deliberations of this Council- and of any of its committees that <br />resulted in such formal action were in meetings open to the public in <br />compliance with all legal requirements. <br /> <br /> <br />
