ORDINANCE NO. 1-93 BY: Boscia, Gallagher, George, Gibbons, Roth, Seelie, Smith AN EMERGENCY appropriations 16, 1992. ORDINANCE authorizing the transfer of certain as appropriated by Ordinance No. 14-92 a~ppted March WHEREAS, an emergency exists to provide for the immediate preservation of the public property, health and safety and to provide for the usual daily operation of municipal departments; now, therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: Section 1. That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby authorized to make the following transfers of appropriations as appropriated by Ordinance No. 14-92 adopted March 16, 1992: Section 2. That there be transferred from the General Fund: General Fund $ 3,649,046 Section 3. That there be'transferred from the Special Revenue Funds: Street Construction M & R Fund Community Development Block Grant $ 165,000 17,500 Section 4. That there be transferred from the Enterprise Funds: Sewer Improvement Fund Water Fund Wastewater Operating Fund Parking Facilities Fund 15,000 90,000 165,000 14,000 Section 5. That there be transferred to the Special Revenue Funds: Office-On-Aging IIIB Fund Office-On-Aging IIIC Fund Street Construction M & R Fund Litterless Lakewood Fund Recycling Demonstration Grant Fund 692,000 257,000 200,000 6,000 1,046 Section 6. That there be transferred to the Internal Service Funds: Hospitalization Insurance Fund $ 2,400,000 Workers' Compensation Fund 497,000 Section 7. That there be transferred to Trust Funds: Cable Franchise Fund $ 62,500 Section 8. It is found and determined that all formal actions of this Council concerning and relating to the passage of this ordinance were adopted in an'open meeting of the Council, and -that all such deliberations of this Council- and of any of its committees that resulted in such formal action were in meetings open to the public in compliance with all legal requirements.
