ORDINANCE NO. 2-93 BY: Boscia, Gallagher, George, Gibbons, Roth, Seelie, Smith AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE to make additional appropriations for expendi- tures of the City of Lakewood, State of Ohio, for the fiscal year end- ing December 31, 1992~ WHEREAS, an emergency exists to provide for the immediate preservation of the public property, health and safety and to provide for the usual daily operation of municipal departments~ now, therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: Section 1. That there be appropriated from the General Fund: General Fund $ 195,851 Section 2. That there be appropriated form Special Revenue Funds: Street Const. Maint. & Repair Fund Fire Pension Fund Emergency Shelter Grant Program Fund 213,095 16,735 8,187 Section 3. That there be appropriated from the Debt Service Fund: Debt Service Fund 224,592 Section 4. 'That there be appropriated from the Capital Projects Fund: Downtown Development Fund $ 323,886 Section 5. That there be appropriated from the Enterprise Funds: Congregate Living Fac. Fund $ 169 Section 6. That there be appropriated from the Internal Service Fund: Workers' Compensation Fund Gen. Liab. Self-Ins. Fund $ 64,666 23,454 'S~ction 7. ' That the' Director- of Finance be and he is hereby authorized to draw checks upon the City depositories for the amounts appropriated in this ordinance whenever claims are presented properly approved by the head of the department for which indebtedness is incurred, providing the President of Council shall approve all claims of the City Council. Section 8. It is found and determined that all formal actions of this Council concerning and relating to the passage of this ordinance were adopted in an open meeting of the Council, and that all such deliberations of this Council and of any of its committees that resulted in sudh formal action were in meetings open to the public in compliance with all legal requirements.
