FISCAL OFFICER'S CERTIFICATE <br /> <br />$1,667,000 FIRE STATION IMPROVEMENT <br /> BOND ANTICIPATION NOTES <br /> <br />Lakewood, Ohio <br />April 5, 1993 <br /> <br />TO THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF IJkKEWOOD, OHIO: <br /> <br /> The undersigned, Fiscal Officer of the City of Lakewood, Ohio (the <br />"City"), as defined by Revised Code Section 133.01, and in the ordinance <br />authorizing the bonds and notes in anticipation thereof hereinafter referred to, <br />hereby certifies in connection with your proposed issue of bonds and notes in <br />anticipation thereof in the principal amount of $1,667,000 for the purpose of <br />constructing a fire station and furnishing and equipping fire stations, as <br />follows: <br /> <br /> 1. That the estimated life of the facility acquired from the <br />proceeds of such issue is hereby certified to be at least five (5) years. <br /> <br /> 2. That the maximum maturity of the bonds authorized to be issued <br />for such improvements, calculated in accordance with Section 133.20, Ohio Revised <br />Code, and the weighted average of the amounts proposed to be expended for said <br />classes of improvements is as follows: <br /> <br />a. $367,000 <br /> <br />for furnishing and equipping fire stations, <br />ten (10) years; <br /> <br />b. $1,300,000 <br /> <br />for constructing the fire station, twenty-five (25) <br />years, being my estimate of the useful life of such <br />improvements; <br /> <br />The weighted average of the amounts proposed to beexpended for <br />said classes is at least twenty (20) years. <br /> <br /> 3.
