~;ection 2. <br /> <br />Section 3 of Ordinance No. 35-93 passed on July 16, 1993 is hereby <br /> <br /> .~!.fi..q.~. The Clerk of Council shall cause a notice of the passage of this <br />Ordinance to be published once in a newspaper of general circulation in the City and to continue <br />on file in her office said revised assessments. <br /> <br /> Section 4. The Clerk of Council is hereby directed to deliver a certified copy of <br />this Ordinance within twenty (20) days after its passage. <br /> <br /> Section 5. It is hereby found and determined that all formal actions of Council <br />concerning and relating to the passage of this Ordinance were passed in an open meeting of this <br />Council, and that all deliberations of this Council and of any of its committees that resulted in <br />such formal action were in meetings open to the public in compliance with all legal requirements. <br /> <br />Section 6.
