( ~ <br />EASHMENT FOR ACC8186 To MAINTAISt <br />V <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that Y, Anthony M. Pills, <br />Bishop of the Roman catholic Diocese of Cleveland, the Grantor <br />herein, for valuable consideration, the receipt of which ie hereby <br />acknowledged, do hereby give, grant, bargain and convey to tksa City <br />of Lakewood, a municipal corporation of the State of Ohio, the <br />Grantee herein, an easement for the purposes hereinafter mentioned <br />in the following-described premises: <br />(See Exhibit "A" attached hereto} <br />In consideration of the mutual covenants herein contained, the <br />Grantor conveys the right and easement to Grantee to enter upon <br />said premises for the purposes of: <br />(a) access for fire and public safety. <br />(b) access for public utilities <br />Whenever maintenance or access upon the premises is required, <br />the Grantee shall be responsible for the restoration of the <br />premises or its environs to its original topographic condition. <br />The Grantor herein restricts said premises within the limits <br />of the above-described easement against the construction thereon of <br />any permanent building; however, Grantor may construct and maintain <br />temporary building or mobile units on the premises with the consent <br />of Grantee.
