EXHIBIT A <br />Hospital Facilities <br />The following facilities located entirely within the <br />boundaries of the City of Lakewood constitute Hospital Facilities, <br />the costs of which are financeable and refinanceable under the Act: <br />1. The Hospital Facility located at 1527 West Clifton <br />Boulevard, Lakewood, Ohio. The Hospital Facility comprises <br />approximately 6,845 square feet of living and nursing space used <br />as an intermediate care facility for the mentally retarded. The <br />Hospital Facility includes eight (8) bed modules, a recreation <br />room, a nurses station, a therapy room, a living room, a dining <br />room, four (4) two-person rooms, bathrooms, office space, a <br />kitchen, storage areas, staff restrooms, a mechanical and <br />electrical room, a three (3) car detached garage and other <br />equipment, furnishings and improvements. <br />
