f <br />~~.. #i <br />Exhibit B. <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION - EASEMENT FOR VACATED VICTORIA AVENUE <br />In order to maintain the existing utilities l sewers, water, .gas and <br />electric! and in order for the public to use the existing sidewalk on <br />the easterly side of the portion of Victoria Avenue which was vacated <br />as a street and is recorded in Volume ____, Page____ of Cuyahoga County <br />Map Records, an easement, 50 feet wide, is hereby established over the <br />above referenced part of Victoria Avenue, the description of which is <br />recited below. <br />Situated in the City of Lakewood, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio <br />and known as being part of Victoria Avenue as shown on the Robbins Avenue <br />Allotment of part of Original Rockport Township Section No. 22 and recorded <br />in Volume 42, Page 17 of Cuyahoga County Map Records, being bounded and <br />described as follows: <br />Beginning in the center line.of Victoria Avenue, 50 feet wide, at the <br />southerly terminus of that part which was vacated as a street by the City <br />of Lakewood and is recorded in Volume 258, Page 13 of Cuyahoga County Map <br />Records; <br />thence S 0°17'55"E, 258.17 feet along the center line of Victoria Avenue, <br />said point being S 89°42'05"W, 25.00 feet from the southwesterly corner <br />of a parcel of land conveyed to the Lakewood Board of Education by deed <br />recorded in Volume 1051, Page 45 of Cuyahoga County Deed Records; <br />thence 25 feet, at right angles to the center line of Victoria Avenue, <br />both easterly and westerly to the easterly and westerly lines thereof. <br />Prepared by, <br />William J.
