Salary of the Director of Law shall cover all <br />ordinary services including legal advice and opinions as <br />requested by the Council or any individual member of Council, the <br />Mayor and directors of departments, the drafting of ordinances <br />and resolutions, attendance at Council meetings, and the <br />administration and supervision of the Law Department. The <br />Director of Law, the Assistant Director of Law and the Assistant <br />Prosecutor shall receive as additional compensation, <br />professional fees for the handling e~~ any litigation involving <br />the City of Lakewood, or other extraordinary services, such fees <br />not to exceed $70.00 per hour. <br /> <br /> Section 3. Ail compensation provided fuu herein shall be. <br />paid in equal installments every two weeks. <br /> <br /> Section 4. Ail annual salaried employees, shall be <br />entitled to compensable time off for actual hours worked in <br />excess of eight (8) hours per day and forty (40) hours per <br />week, and for work performed on Saturday, Sunday and any <br />holiday as defined in Section 149.10, provided herein that no <br />accrued comp time shall be converted to cash upon termination of <br />employment. In lieu of the compensable time authorized herein, <br />all annual salaried employees covered under the provisions of <br />the Fair Labor Standards Act shall be paid time and one-half <br />their regular pay for all hours worked in excess of forty (40) <br />hours per week.
