OJ. and in <br />the ordinance authorizing the bonds hereinafter referred to, hereby <br />certifies in çonnection with your proposed issue of bonds in the <br />principal amount of not to exceed $224, ° ° ° for the purpose of <br />construçting and reconstructing off-street parking facilities, <br />together with the necessary appurtenances. <br /> <br />1. That the estimated life of the improvements to be <br />constructed and acquired from the proceeds of said issue is hereby <br />certified to be at least five (5) years. <br /> <br />2.
