<br />3'1 <br /> <br />AMENDED <br />FISCAL OFFICER'S CERTIFICATE <br /> <br />FIRE DEPARTMENT EQUIPMENT BONDS <br /> <br />Lakewood, Ohio <br />March 20, 1995 <br /> <br />TO THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, OHIO: <br /> <br />The undersigned, Fiscal Officer of the City of Lakewood, <br />Ohio (the "City"), as defined by Revised Code Section 133.01 and in <br />the ordinance authorizing the bonds hereinafter referred to, hereby <br />certifies in connection with your proposed issue of bonds in the <br />principal amount of not to exceed $108,000 for the purpose of <br />acquiring vehicles and equipment for the Fire Department: <br /> <br />1. That the estimated life of the improvements to be <br />constructed and acquired from the proceeds of said issue is hereby <br />certified to be at least five (5) years. <br /> <br />2.
