<br />( <br /> <br />( <br /> <br />"Monthlv Yield Foregone" means the monthly amount necessary to fully amortize an <br />amount equal to the Minimum Matching Contribution at the Market Rate over the First <br />Mortgage Loan Term. <br /> <br />"ParticiDating Bank Funds" means moneys of the Participating Bank, legally available <br />for First Mortgage Loans, in an aggregate amount, not to exceed $2,000,000 for Fiscal Year <br />1994 and any additional amounts agreed to for subsequent/fiscal years by the Participating Bank; <br />equal to either the amount necessary to permit disbursement of all the Committed Amount of <br />HOME Funds or any lesser amount as may actually be disbursed during the term of this <br />Agreement. <br /> <br />"ParticiDating Bank Rate" means the fixed rate of interest per annum equal to the 30 year <br />60-day delivery rate of the FNMA index less .50% rounded up to the nearest 1/8th of 1 %. <br /> <br />"Proiect Site" means the real property identified by the Eligible Borrower and approved <br />by the City and the Participating Bank as an Eligible Property for a Project. <br /> <br />"Single Parent" means an individual who: <br />1) is unmarried or legally separated from a spouse; and <br />2) (a) has one or more minor children for whom the individual has <br />custody or joint custody or (b) is pregnant. <br /> <br />B-4 <br />
