<br />PLACED ON 1st REAr'-IG & RP~I'ERRED TO RULES & ORDINANCEQ COMMr~EE 10/16/95, <br />PLACED ON 2Jìd REAhîNG 11/,,95. <br />PLEASE SUBSTITUTE TO INCLUDE "EXHIBIT A". <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO, 68-95 <br /> <br />BY: Boscia, Flannery, <br />George, Gibbons, Roth, Seelie, Smith <br /> <br />AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE to approve the editing and inclusion of certain <br />ordinances and resolutions as parts of the various component codes of the Codified <br />Ordinances; to provide for the adoption of new matter in the updated and revised <br />Codified Ordinances; aud to provide for the publication of such new matter. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The Justinian Publishing Company has completed its annual <br />updatiug and revision of the Codified Ordinances of the City, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, various ordinances and resolutions of a general and permanent <br />nature that have been passed by Council but not heretofore included in the Codified <br />Ordinances of the City have now been made a part thereof. and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Codified Ordinances have been revised to adopt the latest <br />editions of State Codes adopted by the City by reference, and . <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this ordinance constitutes an emergency measure providing for the <br />usual daily operation of all municipal departments, and there exists an imperative <br />necessity for the earliest publication and distribution of the 1995 Replacement Pages <br />for the Codified Ordinances to the officials and residents of the City, so as tö <br />facilitate administration and daily operation and avoid practical and legal <br />entanglements; now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br />Section L That the editing,arrangement and numbering or renumbering of <br />the following ordinances and resolutions and parts of ordinances and resolutions are <br />hereby approved as parts of the various component codes of the Codified Ordinances <br />of the City, so as to conform to the classification and numbering system of the <br />Codified Ordinances: <br /> <br />Ord.
