Salary of the Director of Law shall cover all ordinary services including legal advice and opinions as requested by Council or any individual member of Council, the Mayor and directors of departments, the drafting of ordinances and resolutions, · attendance at Council Meetings, and the administration and supervision of the Law Department. An Assistant Director of Law and/or Prosecutor may receive, as additional compensation, professional fees for the handling of any litigation involving the CiW of Lakewood, or other extraordinary services not to exceed $70.00 per hour. Section 3. All compensation provided for herein shall be paid in equal installments every two (2) weeks. Section 4. All annual salaried employees shall be entitled to compensable time off for actual hor~rs worked in excess of eight (8) hours per day and forty (40) hours per week, and [or work performed on Saturday, Sunday and any holiday as defined in Section 149.10, provided herein that no accrued compensatory time shall be converted to cash upon termination of employment. In lieu of the compensable time authorized herein, all annual salaried employees covered under the provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act shall be paid time and one-half their regular pay for all hours worked i~ excess of forty (40) hours per week. This Section does not apply to Traffic Signa~ Technicians - Department of Public Works, whose overtime compensation is coverlid pursuant to Section 5 and Section 6 herein, or employees who are paid overtime pursuant to a collective bargaining agreement.
