Based upon Council's meetings, the information submitted by the <br />Grantee, the advice of the City's cable television legal consultants, and the findings in <br />Section 1 above, the City determines to make the below listed orders: <br /> <br />Grantee's proposed Hourly Service Charge of $21.15 is reasonable, <br />under FCC regulations, and is, therefore, approved. <br /> <br />Grantee's actual Hourly Service Charge of $29.00 exceeds the charge <br />permitted by FCC regulations, is unreasonable, and is, therefore, <br />disapproved. <br /> <br />Grantee's Maximum Permitted rates for equipment rental and <br />installation services, as calculated by the FCC Form 1205 are reasonable <br />and these rates, as listed in Paragraph C of Section I of this Ordinance <br />are, therefore, approved. <br /> <br /> <br />
