Fee <br />(I) New buildings or structures of up to one thousand <br />dollars ($1,000) of valuation, minimum fee: $10000 <br />(2) For each additional one hundred dollars ($10000) <br />of valuation or part thereof in excess of one <br />thousand dollars ($1,000) for residential use: 100 <br />(3) For each additional one hundred dollars ($100 00) <br />of valuation or part thereof in excess of one <br />thousand dollars ($1,000) of commercial, <br />indu,strial, retail, mercantile, assembly, or <br />apartment house us' 200 <br /> <br />(b) New Additiöns and Alterations.
