<br />Section 7 That Section 1329 05 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lake wood <br />now reading as follows' <br /> <br />132905 DESIGN STANDARDS <br /> <br />(a) <br />(b) <br />(c) <br />(d) <br />(e) <br />(t) <br />(g) <br />(h) Pole Signs. Shall not exceed twenty-two feet in height in the Business- <br />Residential BR and Retail B2 Districts. The bottom of the sign face shall <br />be not less than ten feet above the sidewalk grade and not less than sixteen <br />feet above grade where vehicular access is required. Pole signs shall not be <br />located within the required fi'Ol\t IDld side yards unless approved by the <br />Board of Building Standards No part of the sign shall project over the <br />sidewalk <br />(i) Proiection Signs. May be peffiÚtted in the Office B I, Retail B2 and <br />Bt!siness-Residential BR Districts only incases. where innovative design is <br />demonstrated and where no potential safety h~ard to motorists or <br />pedestrians is created, subject to review and ~pproval by the Board of <br />Building Standards Projecting signs shall not project any further than <br />twenty-four inches from a vertical line projected from the curb No sign <br />projecting over public property shall swing from any bar, crane, awning or <br />other sign. <br /> <br />G) <br />(k) <br />(I) <br />(m) <br />(n) <br /> <br />shaH be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows' <br /> <br />1329.05 DESIGN STANDARDS <br /> <br />(a) <br />(b) <br />(c) <br />(d) <br />(e) <br />(t) <br />(g) <br />(h) Pole Signs.
