Section 7 That Section 1329 05 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lake wood now reading as follows' 132905 DESIGN STANDARDS (a) (b) (c) (d) (e) (t) (g) (h) Pole Signs. Shall not exceed twenty-two feet in height in the Business- Residential BR and Retail B2 Districts. The bottom of the sign face shall be not less than ten feet above the sidewalk grade and not less than sixteen feet above grade where vehicular access is required. Pole signs shall not be located within the required fi'Ol\t IDld side yards unless approved by the Board of Building Standards No part of the sign shall project over the sidewalk (i) Proiection Signs. May be peffiÚtted in the Office B I, Retail B2 and Bt!siness-Residential BR Districts only incases. where innovative design is demonstrated and where no potential safety h~ard to motorists or pedestrians is created, subject to review and ~pproval by the Board of Building Standards Projecting signs shall not project any further than twenty-four inches from a vertical line projected from the curb No sign projecting over public property shall swing from any bar, crane, awning or other sign.
