That the Director of Finance be and she is hereby authorized to draW checks <br />upon the City depositories for the amounts appropriated in this ordinance whenever claims are <br />presented, properly approved by the head of the department for which the indebtedness is <br />incurred, providing the President of Council shall approve all claims of the City Council <br /> <br />Section 11 In accordance with Article III, Section 1'4, of the Charter of the City of <br />Lakewood, Council hereby determines that the manner of giving notice of the passage of this <br />ordinance is to be by posting copies hereof for a period of not less than fifteen (15) Clays in not <br />less than five (5) of the most public places in the City, which places have been determined by <br />Council ili Ordinance No. 55.,.59. <br /> <br />Section 12. It is found and determined that all formal actions ofthiS Council concerning <br />and relating to the passage of this ordinance were adopted in an open meeting of this Council and <br />of any of its committees, that resulted in such formal actions, were in meetings open to the public <br />in compliance with all legal requirements <br /> <br />Section 13.
