<br />Secüon 6. That there be appropriated from Internal Service Funds: <br />Hospitalization Fund $' 850,000 <br />General Liab. Self Insurance Fund 70,000 <br />Recreation Self Insurance Fund 10,000 <br />Workers' Compensation Fund 350,000 <br /> <br />Total Internal SelVlce Funds <br /> <br />$ 1,280,000 <br /> <br />Section'? That further aU existing encumbrances in an funds of the City of <br />Lakewood shaU be carried forward <br /> <br />Section 8. That the Director of Finance be and she is hereby authorized to draw <br />checks upon the City depositories for the amounts appropriated in this ordinance whenever claims <br />are presented, properly approvèd by the head of the department for which the indebtedness is <br />incurred, providing the President of Council shall approve all claims of the City Council <br /> <br />Section 10. It is found and determined that all formaJactions of this Council concerning <br />and relating to the p<;issage of this ordinance were adopted in an open meeting of this Council and <br />of any of its committees, that resulted in such formal actions, were in meetings open to the public <br />in compliance with aU legal requirements <br /> <br />Section 11.
