BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CIT~' OF L~I~EWOOD, STATI~i OF OHIO <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Mayor (Direc-mr of Public Sate[T), the Director of Public Works, the <br />Director of Law, the Director of Finance, and/or the Procurement Officer be and are hereby authorized <br />and directed to enter into a cunu-ect or conn,acts for supplies, services and equipment as set forth above, <br />with the lowest and best bidder or bidders or as otherwise provided by law. <br /> <br /> Section 2. Tha~ comracts for supplies, services and equipment in excess of $7,500 and for <br />pmfmsiorud services ia excess of $5,000 stutll not be awarded except as approved herein or further <br />approved by Resolution of Council <br /> <br /> Section 3. It is foond and determined that all formal actions of this Council concemin$ and <br />relaxins to the passage of this ordinance were adopted in an open meeting of this Council, and that <br />suc~ deh'be~ons ofthb Council and of any of ks commi~e~ tt~ resulted/n such formal a~t/on were in <br />rneedngs open to the public in compliance w/th a/l legal requ/rements. <br /> <br /> Section 4.
