<br />(h) Ughting. <br />(1) AI! wireless telecommunication antennas or towers 100 feet in height or <br />greater shall be illuminated for aviation purposes by the most visually <br />non obtrusive "state-Df-the-art" lighting available, unless otherwise required by <br />the FAA. Lighting fixtures or signs shalJ not be attached to the antenna or <br />tower. <br /> <br />(2) Unless required by law, all antennas or towers less than 100 feet in height <br />shall not be illuminated and lighting fixtures or signs shall not be attached to <br />the antenna or toWer. If lighting is required by FAA regulations, the most <br />visually nonobtrusive "state-Df-the-art" lighting available shall be used, unless <br />otherwise required by thê FAA. <br /> <br />, <br />(i) SeòJrity. <br />(1) A security fence not less than six (6) feet above grade but not greater than eight- <br />(8) feet in height shall fully enclose those portions of the wireless <br />teJecommunication facility which come in contact with the ground. Any fence <br />greater than six (6) feet above grade shall be construed such that at least fifty <br />percent (50%) of any linear foot of such fence is Oþen for the through passage <br />of light and air. Gates shail be locked at all times. <br /> <br />(21 A permanent waming sign with a minimum size of one (1) square foot and a <br />maximum size of three (3) square feet shall be posted on the site. as well as an <br />emergenCý telephone number of the owner/user of each set of antennas on the <br />site. The owner/user shall also provide the Commissioner, the Fire <br />Department and the Police Department, with information on whom to contact, <br />an address. and a telephone number in the event of an emergenCý. <br /> <br />(j) Advertising Prohibited. No advertising sign(s) or devices shall be permitted anywhere <br />on a wireless teJecommunicatiOn facility site. <br /> <br />(k) Outdoor Storage. There shall be no outdoor storage of equipment or other items on <br />the wireless telecOmmt.mication facility site è.'\(cept during the facility construction <br />period and to supply temporar¡ emergenCý power to the facility only during a power <br />outage. <br /> <br />(I) Access to Facility. The access driveway to the wireJess telecommunication facility <br />shall, whenever feasible, be provided along with circulation driveways of the existing <br />use on the lot, if any. Where use of an è.'\(isting driveway is not feasible, the driveway <br />to the facility shall be a minimum of eighteen (18) feet in width with a minimum <br />overhead dearance of eleven (11) feet and shall be setback a minimum of twenty (20) <br />from the nearest side or rear lot line: This driveway shall meet the load limitations for <br />fire equipment. <br /> <br />Chapter 1159 - City of Lakewood <br /> <br />8 of 10 <br />
