(4) <br /> <br />Wi reless telecommunication' tower, facilities and antennas: <br />(A)) New wireless telecommunication tower and related facility - $1,500.00 <br /> deposit upon which expenses incurred by the City will be drawn and the <br /> balance, if any, returned to the applicant upon final inspection prior to <br /> authorization of commencement of the use. <br />(B) New wireless telecommunication antenna and related facilities (without <br /> tower) - $500.00 <br />(C) Annual inspection fee - $100.00 <br />(D) Reimbursement of expenses - The applicant for a wireless <br /> telecommunication tower and/or antenna facility shall be responsible for all <br /> expenses incurred by the City for any technical and/or engineering services <br /> deemed necessary by the Director, the Commissioner, the Commission, the <br /> BOard or the Architectural Review Board to perform the reviews required by <br /> Chapter 1159 which are not covered by the fees set forth in subsection (4) of <br /> th'is Section 1173.06. <br /> <br /> Section 38. it is found and determined that all formal actions of this Council concerning and <br />relating to the passage of this Ordinance were adopted in an open meeting of this Council, and that all <br />such deliberations of this CoUnCil and of any of its committees that resulted in such formal action were in <br />meetings open to the public in compliance with all egal requirements. <br /> <br />Adopted: <br /> <br />President <br /> <br />Clerk of Council <br /> <br /> <br />
