shall be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: 1123.07 MAXIMUM LOT AREA COVERAGE In the R2, Single and Two-Family Residential District, each zoning lot shall maintain the minimum front, side, and rear yard specified in Schedule 1123.07. Exterior steps leading to a main entrance of a principal building shall be excluded from the front yard requirement. For existing principal buildings with side yards of less than those specified in Schedule 1123.07, an addition may be constructed provided that the new addition does not encroach into the existing side yard any further than the foundation sidewalls of the existing building. Section 8. That existing Sectic~ns 1125.03(h) and (j) of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood, now read i ng respectively as follows: 1125.03 PERMITTED ACCESSORY USES (h) An arbor and/or trellis, provided that where located in a front yard the total length of such shall not exceed fifty-five percent (55%) of the foundation width of the principal structure. (j) Antennas, provided they comply with the standards of Chapter 1157. shall be and the same existing Sec.tions 1125.03(h) and (j) are hereby amended including the enactment of new sub-section (k) to read as follows: 1125.03 PERMITTED ACCESSORY USES (h) An arbor and/or trellis, provided that where located in a front yard the total length of such shall not exceed six (6) feet in width, four (4) feet in depth, and eight (8) feet in height. (j) Antenna(s) and satellite dish antenna(s) provided they comply with the standards of Chapter 1157. (k) Wireless telecommunication antenna(s) provided they comply with the standards of Chapter 1159. Section 9.
