Section 15. That the existing Schedule 1143.05 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood be amended by enactment of new sub-section(s) under use - residential - multi-family bedrooms and Wireless Telecommunication Facilities added to existing to read as follows: 1143.05 USE AND SPACE REQUIREMENTS Multi-Family Bedrooms Added to Existing 1/Bedroom None One (1) required space sha[~ be added for each two (2) occupancy increases or fraction thereof. Section 1159.05(I) Section 16. That the existing Section 1143 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood be amended by enactment of new section .11 to read as follows: 1143.11 PARKING LOT DESIGN Parking lots in the Multiple Family, Low-Density Districts, (ML) and Multiple Family, High Density Districts, (MH); Commercial Districts, C1 Office, C2 Retail, C3 General Business, and the Industrial (I) Districts, are-regulated pursuant to Section 1325.08 of the Building Code. Section 17. That the .existing Section 1147.02 of the Codified Ordinances Lakewood be amended by enactment of new sub-section (f) to read as follows: of the City of 1147.02 REGULATIONS (f) Recreation equipment not in excess of thirty-one (31) feet in length may be stored in the rear yard only, on an improved parking surface, on property where the owner is living. Section 18. That the exiSting Section 1151 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood be amended by enactment ofnew section .04 to read as follows: ~ 1151.04 WIRELESS TELECOMMUNICATION FACILITIES As regulated by Sections 1159.05(I)(2) and 1159.05(j), Section 19.
