(4) Wireless telecommunication tower, facilities and antennas: <br />(A}) New wireless telecommunication tower and related facility - $1,500.00 <br />deposit upon which expenses incurred by the City will be drawn and the <br />balance, if any, returned [o the applicant upon final inspection prior to <br />authorization of commencement of the use. <br />(B) New wireless telecommunication antenna and related facilities (without <br />tower) - $500.00 <br />(C) Annual inspection fee - $100.00 <br />(D) Reimbursement of expenses -The applicant for a wireless <br />telecommunication tower and/or antenna facility shall be responsible far all <br />expenses incurred by the City for any technial and/or engineering services <br />deemed necessary by the Director, the Commissioner, the Commission, the <br />Board or the Architectural Review Board to perform the reviews required by <br />Chapter 1159 which are not covered by the fees set forth in subsection (4) of <br />this Section 1173.06. <br />Section 38.
