Section S. That existing Section 7 727..07 of [he Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood, <br />now .ding respectively as follows: <br />7727.07 .MAXIMUM LOT AREA COVERAGE <br />In the R7 L, R7M, and R1H Single Family Residential Districts each zoning lot shall maintain the <br />minimum front, side, and rear yard specified in Schedule 7727.07 Exterior steps leading to a <br />main entrance of a principal building shall be excluded from the front yard requirement. For <br />existing principal buildings with side yards of less than those specified in Schedule t 721.07, an <br />addition may be constructed provided that the new addition does not encroach into the existing <br />side yard any further than the foundation sidewalls of the existing building. Rear porches and <br />patio decks measuring less than fifty percent (50°k) of the building width shall be excluded from <br />the rear yard depth requirement. <br />shall be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />1121.07 MAXIMUM LOT AREA COVERAGE <br />In the R7 L, R7M, and R1H Single Family Residential Districts each zoning lot shall maintain the <br />minimum front, side, and rear yard specified in Schedule 7127.07. That existing Sections 1723.03(h} and (j) of the Codified Ordinances of the City of <br />Lakewood, now reading respectively as follows: <br />1123.03 PERMITTED ACCESSORY USES <br />(hl An arbor and/or trellis, provided that where located in a front yard the total length of such <br />shall not exceed fifty-five percent (55%) of the foundation width of the principal structure. <br />(j) Antennas, provided they comply with the standards of Chapter 7 t 57. <br />shall be and the same existing Sections 7123.03(h) and (j) are hereby amended including the enactment <br />of new sub-section (k) to read as follows: <br />1123.03 PERMITTED ACCESSORY USE$ <br />(h) An arbor and/or trellis, provided that where located in a front yard the total length of such <br />shall not exceed six (6) feet in width, four (4) feet in depth, and eight (8) feet in height. <br />(j) Antenna(s) and satellite dish antenna(s) provided they comply with the standards of <br />Chapter t t 57. <br />(k) Wireless telecommunication antenna(s) provided they comply with the standards of <br />Chapter t 7 59. <br />Section 7. That existing Section t t 23.07 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood, <br />now reading respectively as follows: <br />t 123.07 MAXIMUM LOT AREA COVERAGE <br />In the R2, Single and Two-family Residential District, each zoning lot shall maintain the <br />minimum front, side, and rear yard specified in Schedule 1123.Oi. Exterior steps leading to a <br />main entrance of a principal building shall 6e excluded from the front yard requirement. For <br />existing principal buildings with side yards of less than those specified in Schedule 1123.07, an <br />addition may be constructed provided that the new addition does not encroach into the existing <br />side yard any further than the foundation sidewalls of the existing building. Rear porches and <br />patio decks measuring less than fifty percent (SOq°) of the building width shall be excluded from <br />the rear yard depth requirement. <br />
