Section S. That existing Section 7 727..07 of [he Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood, now .ding respectively as follows: 7727.07 .MAXIMUM LOT AREA COVERAGE In the R7 L, R7M, and R1H Single Family Residential Districts each zoning lot shall maintain the minimum front, side, and rear yard specified in Schedule 7727.07 Exterior steps leading to a main entrance of a principal building shall be excluded from the front yard requirement. For existing principal buildings with side yards of less than those specified in Schedule t 721.07, an addition may be constructed provided that the new addition does not encroach into the existing side yard any further than the foundation sidewalls of the existing building. (j) Antennas, provided they comply with the standards of Chapter 7 t 57. shall be and the same existing Sections 7123.03(h) and (j) are hereby amended including the enactment of new sub-section (k) to read as follows: 1123.03 PERMITTED ACCESSORY USE$ (h) An arbor and/or trellis, provided that where located in a front yard the total length of such shall not exceed six (6) feet in width, four (4) feet in depth, and eight (8) feet in height.
