Sl-g8 <br /> <br />BY: Corrigan, Flannery, George, <br /> Roth, Seelie, Skindell, Smith <br /> <br /> AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE creating, positions and fixing salaries of the <br />.nnual s-]avied employees and hourly paid employees not covered by a collective <br />barg.lning agreement in the several depax~uents and divisions of the City of Lakewood, <br />excluding the Divisions of Police and Fire, effective April 1, 1998, and creating the <br />positions and fixing the on-ual salary of the Chief of Police, the Chief of Fire and Civil <br />Service Commissioners, effective January 1, 1998. <br /> <br /> WIgE~RAS, thi.~ Ordinance constitutes an emergency measure providing for the <br />usual daily operation of a municipal depa~uaent in that in the interest of public service, <br />welfare and safety, it is necessary to fix the compensation of employees; now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1.
