1103.02 DEFINITIONS <br /> <br /> (xx) STRUCTURE means anythin§ constructed or erected, the use of which requires either <br /> location on the ground or attachment to another structure located on the §round, including <br /> but not limited to barriers, bleachers, booths, buildings, display stands, t:ences, platforms, <br /> poles, pools, sheds, si§ns, above and below ground tanks, towers, and wails and shall <br /> include the supporting framework or parts thereof and appurtenances thereto; "structure" <br /> does not include a decorative light pole extending seven (7) feet or less above grade, a fla§ <br /> pole extending fifteen (15) feet or less above grade, or a sidewalk, driveway, or patio at <br /> grade. <br /> <br />shall be and the same is here amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />1103.02 DEFINITIONS <br /> <br /> (xx) STRUCTURI: means anything constructed or erected, the use of which requires either <br /> location on the §round or attachment to another structure located on the ground, including <br /> but not limited to barriers, bleachers, booths, buildings, display stands, fences, platforms, <br /> poles, pools, sheds, signs, above and below ground tanks, towers, and walls and shall <br /> include the supporting framework or parts thereof and appurtenances thereto; "structure" <br /> does not include a decorative light pole extending eight (8) feet or less above grade, a flag <br /> pole extending fifteen (15) feet or less above grade, or a sidewalk, driveway, or patio at <br /> grade. <br /> <br /> Section 3. That the existing Section 1103.02 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of <br />Lakewood be amended by enactment of new sub-section (aaa) to read as follows: <br /> <br />1103.02 DEFINITIONS <br /> <br /> (aaa) WIRELESS TELECOM/~IUNICATION ANTENNA or ANTENNA ARRAY means the physical <br /> device or an array of elements constituting a physical device through which <br /> electromagnetic, wireless telecommunication signals authorized by the Federal <br /> Communications Commission (FCC) are transmitted or received. <br /> <br /> Section 4. That existing Sections 1121.03(h) and (j) of the Codified Ordinances of the City of <br />Lakewood, now reading respectively as follows: <br /> <br />1121.03 PERMITTED. ACCESSORY USE5 <br /> <br /> (h) An arbor and/or trellis, provided that where located in a front yard the total length of such <br /> shall not exceed fifty.five percent (55%) of the foundation width of the principal structure. <br /> <br /> (]) Antennas, provided they comply with the standards of Chapter 1157 <br />shall be and the same existing Sections 1121.03(h) and (j) are hereby amended including the enactment <br />of new sub-section (k) to read as follows: <br /> <br />1121.03 PERMrl-rED ACCESSORY USES <br /> <br /> (h) An arbor and/or trellis, provided that where located in a front yard the total length of such <br /> shall not exceed six (6) feet in width, four (4) feet in depth, and eight (8) feet in height. <br /> <br /> (j) Antenna(s) and satellite dish antenna(s) provided they comply with the standards of <br /> Chapter 1157. <br /> <br /> (k) Wireiess telecommunication antenna(s) provided they comply with the standards of <br /> Chapter 1159. <br /> <br /> <br />
