ORDINANCE NO. 57-98 BY:Corrigan, Flanner¥, <br /> George, Roth, Seelie, Skindell, Smith <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE to amend Section 1105.02 of the Zoning Code of the Codified <br />Ordinances of the City of Lakewoocl by changing and revising the Zoning Map of the City with respect <br />to certain property as hereinafter set forth and described as 13315-23 Detroit Avenue. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That Section 1105.02 of the Zoning Code of the Codified Ordinances of <br />the City of Lakewood be and the same is hereby amended by changing and revising the Zoning Map <br />of the City to the extent that the property described as follows (Parcel A - previously identified as <br />PP#'s 312-34-036 and 312-34039): <br /> <br /> Situated in the City of Lakewood, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio: and known as <br />being part of Original Rockport Township, Section No. 21 and being further bounded and described <br />as follows: <br /> Beginning at the intersection of the Westerly line of West 117th Street (formerly Highland <br />Avenue), 80 feet wide, with the Southwesterly line of Clifton Boulevard, 120 feet wide; thence South <br />00 degrees 00'00# East along ~ said Westerly line of West 117th Street, a distance of 150.00 feet to <br />the most Southerly corner of a first parcel of land conveyed to the Marilyn L. Harris by deed dated <br />January 21, 1997 and recorded in Volume 97-00480, Page 15 of Cuyahoga County Records also being <br />the most Easterly comer of land conveyed to Waily Radjenovic by deed dated November 4, 1996 and <br />recorded in Volume 96-1096S, Page 34 of Cuyahoga County Records and the Principle Place of <br />Beginning of the parcel of land herein described; <br /> <br /> Course No. 1: thence North 72 degrees 50'11' West al ong, the Southwesterly line of said first <br />parcel of land conveyed to Marilyn L. Harris, a distance of 117.00 feet to the Southwest corner of said <br />first parcel; <br /> <br /> Course No. 2: thence South 00 degrees 00'00~ West along the Southerly prolongation of the <br />Westerly line of said first parcel of land conveyed to Marilyn L. Harris, a distance of 34.53 feet tO the <br />Northerly line of a second parcel of land conveyed to Marilyn L. Harris by deed dated January 21, <br />1997 and recorded in Volume 97-00480, Page 15 of Cuyahoga County Records; <br /> <br /> Course No. 3: thence North 90 degrees 00'00~ East along the Northerly line of said second <br />parcel of land conveyed to Marilyn L. Harris, a distance of 111.79 feet to the place of beginning and <br />containing 0.0443 acres (1,930 sq.ft.) of land according to a Lot Split and Consolidation Plat prepared <br />by McSteen & Associates, Inc., recorded in Volume of Maps, Page of Cuyahoga County <br />Records be the same or less but subject to all legal highways and easements. <br /> <br />shall be and the same is hereby reclassified and changed from use classification ML, Multiple-family <br />(Iow density) Residential District to use classification C3, Commercial (general) Business District. <br /> <br /> Section 2. The Director of Planning and Development is hereby authorized and <br />directed to make the reclassification change on the zoning map of the City of Lakewooct, Ohio, in <br />order to reflect the amendment designated in Section 1 of this Ordinance. <br /> <br /> <br />
