That the following summary of appropriations shall govern expenditures of the City <br />of Lakewood for fiscal year 1999 subject to any additions and/or changes: <br /> <br /> SUMMARY OF APPROPRIATIONS <br /> <br />General Fund $ 30,581,307 <br />Special Revenue Funds 12,720,305 <br />Debt Service Fund 3,730,939 <br />Capital Projects Funds 3,163,933 <br />Enterprise Funds 16,443,479 <br />Internal Service Funds 3,602,759 <br />Total Appropriations $ 70~242,722 <br /> <br /> Section 8. All encumbrances from the prior fiscal year shall be carried forward. <br /> <br /> Section 9. All revenues projected and budgeted are reflected in the proposed budget document. <br /> <br /> Section 10. That the Director of Finance is hereby authorized to draw checks upon the City <br />depositories for .the amounts appropriated in this ordinance whenever claims are presented, properly <br />approved by the head of the department for which the indebtedness is incurred, providing the President <br />of Council shall approve alt claims of the City Council. <br /> <br /> Section 11. In accordance with Article III, Section 14, of the Charter of the City of Lakewood, <br />Council hereb.v determines that the manner of giving notice of the passage of this ordinance is to be by <br />posting copies hereof for a period of not less than fifteen (15) days in not less than five (5) of the most <br />public places in the City, which places have been determined by Council in Ordinance No. 55-59. <br /> <br /> Section 12. It is found and determined that all formal actions of this Council concerning and <br />relating to the passage of this ordinance were adopted in an open meeting of this Council and of any of <br />its committees, that resulted in such formal actions, were in meetings open to the public in e0mpliance <br />with all legal requirements. <br /> <br /> Section 13.
