Section 6. That there be appropriated from Internal Service Funds: <br /> <br /> Hospitalization Fund $ 850,000 <br /> General Liab. Self Insurance Fund 70,000 <br /> Recreation Self Insurance Fund 10,000 <br /> Workers' Compensation Fund 350,000 <br /> <br />Total Internal Service Funds <br /> <br />$1,280,000 <br /> <br /> Section 7. That further all existing encumbrances in all funds of the City of <br />Lakewood shall be carried forward. <br /> <br /> Section 8. That the Director of Finance be and she is hereby authorized to draw <br />checks upon the City depositories for the amounts appropriated in this ordinance whenever claims <br />are presented, properly approved by the head of the department for which the indebtedness is <br />incurred, providing the President of Council shall approve all claims of the City Council. <br /> <br /> Section 10. It is found and determined that all formal actions of this Council concerning <br />and relating to the passage of this Ordinance were adopted in an open meeting of this Council and <br />of any of its committees, that resulted in such formal actions, were in meetings open to the public <br />in compliance with all legal requirements. <br /> <br /> Section 11.
