AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE authorizing the transfer of certain funds as appropriated by Ordinance No. 62-98 adopted March 3, 1999. WHEREAS, an emergency exists to provide for the immediate preservation of the public property, health and safety and to provide for the usual dally operation of municipal departments; now, therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO Section 1. That the Director of Finance be and is hereby authorized to make the following transfers as appropriated by Ordinance No. 62-98 adopted March 3, 1999. Section 2.
