Fund Transportation Network Improvements in <br />accordance with the Administrative Cöde of the City of Lakewood, contracts not to exceed the specified <br />amounts shown without separate Resolution of Council <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an emergency exists to provide for the immediate, preservation of the public <br />property, health and safêty, and to provide for the usual daily operation of municipal departments in that <br />certain capital improvements projects are to be undertaken in 2000 in accordance with the Capital <br />ImprovementPlan for fiscal year 2000, now <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY TIJE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO <br /> <br />Section 1. That the Director of Public Works is hereby authorized and directed to <br />engage architecturaL and/or engineering firms to provide professional services in the design and <br />preparation of specifications and contract administration and to advertise for bids and enter into a <br />contract with the lowest and best bidder in accordance with the Administrative Code of the City of <br />Lakewood for the following Transportation Network Improvements;, contracts not to exceed the specified <br />amounts shown; except as hereinafter provided' <br /> <br />2000 C.D ,B G. Street Reconstruction <br /> <br />$1,426,000 <br /> <br />Section 2.
