PLACED <br /> ON 2ND READING S/1S/00. <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2 9 - 0 0 <br /> BY:Corrigan, FitzGerald, George, <br /> Roth, Seelie, Skindell, Smith. <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE to amend §1315.01, Districts Established, of the Codified <br /> Ordinances of the City of Lakewood so that it will be consistent with Part Eleven, Zoning <br /> Code of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood. <br /> <br /> WHEREFORE, Ordinance 91-95, adopted by Lakewood City Council o n October <br /> 7, 1996 renameC the zoning districts within the City of Lakewooo; and <br /> <br /> WHEREFORE, while an attempt was made at that time to incorporate this change <br />wherever these districts were mention in the Codified Ordinances of the City of <br />Lakewood, §1315.01 was not changed and still references the zoning districts as they <br />existed prior.to the adoption of Ordinance 91-95; and <br /> <br /> WHERFFORE, the City has contracted to have the Codified Ordinances of the City <br />of Lakewood updated and reprinted to contain ali"of the changes since the last <br />codification of the Ordinances; and <br /> <br /> WHEREFORE, this change will make references to the current zoning code <br />consistent throughout the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That §1315.01(a) of the Codified Ordinances of the City of <br />Lakewood, currently reading as follows: <br /> <br />1315.01 DISTRICTS ESTABLISHED <br /> (a) Zoning Districts B1, BR, Mi, M2 and X OF the same as shall be amended <br /> from time to time are hereby declared to be fire limit districts and shall <br /> comply with all provisions as set forth below. <br /> (bi.., <br /> <br />shall be and is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />1315.01 DISTRICT ESTABLISED <br /> (a) Zoning Districts C1, C2, C3, I, NH and ML or the same as shall be amended <br /> from time to time are hereby declared to be fire limit districts and shall <br /> comply with all provisions as set forth below. <br /> (b).., <br /> <br /> Section 2. It is found and determin ed that all forma actions of this Council <br />concerning and relating to the passage of this ordinance were adopted in an open <br />meeting of this Council, and that all such deliberations of this Council and of any of its <br />committees that resulted in such formal action were in meetings open to the public in <br />compliance with all legal requirements. <br /> <br />MAYOR / <br /> <br /> <br />
