2.2 <br /> <br />2.3 <br /> <br />2.4 <br /> <br />2.5 <br /> <br />2.6 <br /> <br />2.7 <br /> <br />Shamrock shall print, collate, fold and saddle stitch the Document into a <br />forty-eight (48) page 51/2'' x 81/2'' booklet containing the following <br />specifications: <br />a) The text of the Document shall be :[ over 1 black. <br />b) 30 lb. newsprint shall be used. <br />c) The forty-eight (48) page Document shall contain a self-cover. <br />d) The postal indicia shall be printed on the back cover. <br /> <br />Shamrock shall provide the City with a blue line proof of the Document for <br />approval prior to printing the Document. <br /> <br />Shamrock shall sort the Document by local bar code and tie and bag the <br />Document for standard class mailing. <br /> <br />Shamrock shall CASS certify address data provided by the City and inkier <br />addresses onto the back cover of the Document. <br /> <br />Shamrock shall provide the City with the best mailing rate available. <br /> <br />Shamrock shall deliver Documents, fully ready for mailing, to the post <br />office on or before October 2, 2000. <br /> <br />SECTION 3. COMPEN'SA'I~ON <br /> <br />3.1 <br /> <br />In consideration of the services provided above, the City of Lakewood <br />agrees to pay Shamrock, upon completion of the mailing and within 2::[ <br />days of receipt of invoice, a sum not to exceed twenty thousand dollars <br />($20,000.00) including postage which shall be paid separately by the City <br />of Lakewood directly to the United States Postal Service. The amount for <br />Layout/Design of the Document to Camera Ready Disc shall not exceed <br />one thousand four hundred dollars ($1,400.00); the charge for <br />Distribution/Nailing Service, Inkjet Addresses, Tie and Bag Document and <br />Delivery to Post Office expenses are estimated, based on thirty one <br />thousand eight hundred (31,800) copies at two thousand eight hundred <br />sixty-five dollars ($2,865.00) each additional copy shall not exceed nine <br />cents ($.09) per copy; Printing, Collating, folding expenses are estimated, <br />based on thirty one thousand eight hundred (3:[,800) copies at seven <br />thousand dollars ($7,000.00) but at no time shall the cost exceed twenty <br />two cents ($0.22) per copy with any overage not to exceed seven percent <br />(7%), regardless of the number of copies required. <br /> <br /> <br />
