AGREEMENT <br /> BY AND BETWEEN <br /> THE CZTY OF LAKEWOOD <br /> AND <br />THE SHAMROCK COMPANZES, :[NC. <br /> <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, by and between the City of Lakewood, Ohio ("City"), <br />12650 Detroit Avenue, Lakewood, Ohio and The Shamrock Companies, Inc. <br />(''Shamrock'') 24090 Detroit Road, Westlake, Ohio, together, referred to herein <br />as the "Parties." <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Clerk of Council is required to mail a copy of the proposed <br />Second Amended Charter of the City of Lakewood to each elector of the City at <br />least thirty (30) days prior to the election at which the issue of whether the <br />Second Amended Charter of the City of Lakewood should be adopted is to be <br />determined; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, due to time constraints involved in printing, addressing and <br />mailing approximately 31,800 copies of the proposed Second Amended Charter <br />of the City of Lakewood internally prior to October 2, 2000, Lakewood City <br />Council desires to enter into a contract for these services. Therefore, <br /> <br /> In consideration of the mutual covenants set forth herein, the Parties <br />hereto agree to the following: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. DUTIES OF THE CITY <br /> <br />1.1 <br /> <br />The City shall provide camera-ready artwork, on disc in Microsoft Word <br />format, of ;the proposed Second Amended Charter of the City of Lakewood <br />("Document'~) to Shamrock on or before September 6, 2000 at noon. <br /> <br />1.2 <br /> <br />The City will provide Shamrock with a disc containing names and <br />addresses of the electors of the City in such format as provided by the <br />Cuyahoga County Board of Elections for use in mailing on or before <br />September 15, 2000 at noon. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. DUTIES OF SHAMROCK <br /> <br />2.1 Shamrock shall design, layout and prepare print for the Document, <br /> including minor text revisions. <br /> <br /> <br />
