(d) Whoever violates subsection (b) of this section is guilty of intimidation. A <br />violation of intimidation under subsection (b) is an offense of the next higher degree <br />than the offense the commission of which is a necessary element of intimidaUon when <br />the underlying offense is a second, third or fourth degree misdemeanor. <br /> <br /> Section 2. It is found and determined that all formal actions of this Council <br />concerning and relating to the passage of this ordinance were adopted in an open <br />meeting of this Council, and that all such deliberations of this Council and of any of its <br />committees that resulted in such formal action were in meetings open to the public in <br />corn pliance with all legal requirements. <br /> <br /> PRESIDENT <br /> <br /> <br />
